Fees:
Classes offered twice a week for $12/per class.

What you will need:
I encourage you to bring your own mat; if you do not own a mat they can be purchased at various stores in the area, even Target has a nice mat by Gaiam. Wear comfortable clothing and please turn off your cell phones during class.
Private Sessions:
Available by the hour and priced accordingly. Please contact me via e-mail or phone 919-264-3835 for specific needs and fees.
Workshops:
Fees, length, dates and instructors will be included in the posting as well as specials for early registration. (Be sure to visit my Contact Page to sign up for the latest information and monthly news letters).
Refunds:
Discover Yoga does not offer refunds. Session classes are non refundable and non transferable to other students. If a cancellation is necessary, the session or workshop fee may be transferred to other workshops or classes.
